PROFILE

HISTORY
Established in 1858 in Rotherham, the Practice under Edwin Isle Hubbard and later James Totty developed a diverse portfolio of work including residential, ecclesiastical and industrial projects, many examples of which survive in the South Yorkshire area. Since then the practice, through the introduction of other Partners, has continued to develop in all fields of commercial architecture developing a wide client base and becoming firmly established in public and private healthcare.
PRACTICE ETHOS
The Team at James Totty Partnership LLP believe in establishing long term relationships with our clients. This is based on the traditional belief that the client has a right to expect from his Architect a professional service, personally delivered with integrity. This underpins our philosophy along with our ability to realise the client's vision for a project using our creative ability and experience.

It is the policy of the practice that every project undertaken is administered under the control of a Partner or Senior Associate who is responsible directly to the Client. The project Partner or Senior Associate has at all times the support of a qualified team.  This policy recognises the importance that every client has the full and constant benefit of the experience, skill and advice of a senior member of the team.
